Lineo includes a built-in AI layer called the Production Assistant that helps your team work faster and reduce manual data entry across your project. Here's what it can do:

• Production Assistant — A conversational AI tool with access to your project's data and the web. Ask it anything about your project: "What is the total estimate for this project?", "List unpaid POs over $5,000", "Summarize the latest call sheet", or general industry questions like "What does AICP category 6 cover?" You can also upload project documents — bid specs, scripts, treatments, and more — and ask questions directly about their contents.
• Purchase Order Log — Upload a vendor invoice, W-9, or receipt and Lineo's AI will scan the document and automatically populate as much of the Purchase Order as possible, saving you from manual entry.
• Payroll Log — Upload a Payroll Report and Lineo's AI will read it and fill in the corresponding Payroll Log entries automatically.
• Petty Cash Log — Upload receipts and Lineo's AI will parse them and populate the relevant Petty Cash Log lines for you.

Yes. Lineo is built for teams. Multiple users can access and work on the same project simultaneously. If an offline user makes changes at the same time as an online user, Lineo uses a timestamp method to resolve conflicts — the most recent update always prevails once everyone is back online.
